Test Operations Support. 1. Major Mission Areas of Aviation, Missile and Sensors, and Environmental and Component Test and Evaluation: The Contractor shall perform engineering, scientific, development and technical services, special studies, technical tasks and other support services as required. These services may include the research and development, design, planning, coordination, administration, execution, and reporting of test programs of military equipment, commercial equipment, and other test items. RTC test programs and test effort items shall consist of aviation systems, missiles, rockets, and explosives; instrumentation, computers, software, communications, and other electronics; small caliber to large caliber weapons; soldier and support equipment; and developmental technologies. Personnel assigned to support tasks shall have specialized skills, knowledge, and experience with respect to the unique type of tests conducted in each specialty area.

Test Operations Support. The Contractor shall provide staffing for activities that directly support the planning, set-up, execution, and reporting of tests conducted at ranges, facilities, and laboratories, as well as the operation of the equipment. Typical test items are aviation systems, missiles, rockets, and explosives; computers, software, communications, and other electronics; small caliber to large caliber weapons; soldier and support equipment; and developmental technologies. Additionally, these services typically include support functions to RTC associated with handling, issuing, safeguarding class V items, range operations and blockhouse operations. Additional activities also include required maintenance and repair of test and test support vehicles, equipment, and components, support for fabrication of fixtures, maintenance of facilities and equipment and unique range/facility hardware. Personnel assigned to the range/facility shall have specialized skills and knowledge with respect to the unique type of tests conducted at the respective site.

  • Operations Support Systems Functions CBT shall provide CLEC, upon CLEC's request, nondiscriminatory access to CBT's Operations Support Systems functions for pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair and billing, in accordance with the terms and schedules established in the Commission’s Arbitration Award in Case No. 97-152-TP-ARB, August 14, 1997 (“Arbitration Award”). CBT shall provide CLEC advance written notice of any material changes to CBT operating support systems functions.

  • Customer Service Support During the Term of this Agreement, VNDS will provide reasonable telephone and e-mail customer service support to Registrar, not Registered Name Holder or prospective customers of Registrar, for nontechnical issues solely relating to the System and its operation. VNDS will provide Registrar with a telephone number and e-mail address for such support during implementation of the Supported Protocol, APIs and Software. First-level telephone support will be available on a 7-day/24-hour basis. VNDS will provide a web-based customer service capability in the future and such web-based support will become the primary method of customer service support to Registrar at such time.
