Term; Notice of Lease Dates. The Term of this Lease shall be for the period designated in Section 1.8 of the Summary commencing on the Commencement Date, and ending on the expiration of such period, unless the Term is sooner terminated or extended as provided in this Lease. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Commencement Date falls on any day other than the first day of a calendar month then the term of this Lease will be measured from the first day of the month following the month in which the Commencement Date occurs. Within ten (10) days after Landlord's written request, Tenant shall execute a written confirmation of the Commencement Date and expiration date of the Term in the form of the Notice of Lease Term Dates attached hereto as Exhibit "D".
