Term; Notice of Lease Dates. The Term of this Lease shall be for the period designated in Section 1.8 of the Summary commencing on the Commencement Date, and ending on the expiration of such period, unless the Term is sooner terminated or extended as provided in this Lease. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Commencement Date falls on any day other than the first day of a calendar month then the term of this Lease will be measured from the first day of the month following the month in which the Commencement Date occurs. Within ten (10) days after Landlord's written request, Tenant shall execute a written confirmation of the Commencement Date and expiration date of the Term in the form of the Notice of Lease Term Dates attached hereto as Exhibit "D".

Subject to this Section 3, the term of this Lease (the "TERM") for the Premises shall commence upon the Commencement Date and shall expire on the Lease Expiration Date, unless sooner terminated or extended as permitted herein, and if extended, the Term will include the Option Period. The Notice of Lease Term Dates executed by Landlord shall be binding upon Tenant unless Tenant objects thereto in writing within such ten (10) day period.

Landlord shall deliver a written request to Tenant for execution of the Notice of Lease Term Dates which shall be binding upon Tenant should Tenant fail to execute and return the notice of Lease Term Dates to Landlord within ten (10) days following Landlord's written request.

The Notice of Lease Term Dates shall be binding upon Tenant unless Tenant reasonably objects thereto in writing within such ten (10) business day period.

Within ten (10) days after Landlord's request, Tenant shall execute a written confirmation of the Commencement Date as set forth in the Notice of Lease Term Dates attached hereto as Exhibit "C". The Notice of Lease Term Dates shall be binding upon Tenant unless Tenant objects thereto within ten (10) days following Landlord's request.
