Lease Expiration Date means the later of (i) the date of the final payment in full of the Dutch Note and (ii) the Vehicle Lease Expiration Date for the last Lease Vehicle leased by the Lessee hereunder. The “Term” of this Agreement shall mean the period commencing on the Lease Commencement Date and ending on the Lease Expiration Date.

Lease Expiration Date is defined in Section 3.2 of the Master Lease.

Lease Expiration Date is defined and shall have the meaning specified in the Basic Lease Information.

Examples of Lease Expiration Date in a sentence

This Lease shall terminate without further notice on the Lease Expiration Date (as set forth in Article 1).

Lease Expiration Date means the later of (i) the date of the payment in full of all Series 1996-1 Notes and all outstanding Carrying Charges and (ii) the Vehicle Lease Expiration Date for the last Vehicle leased by a Lessee hereunder. The "Term" of this Agreement shall mean the period commencing on the Lease Commencement Date and ending on the Lease Expiration Date.

Lease Expiration Date means, in relation to a Vehicle the subject of a lease between the relevant Lessor and Lessee pursuant to the relevant Master Lease Agreement, the earliest to occur of:

Lease Expiration Date. The last day of the month in which the 7th anniversary of the Lease Commencement Date occurs.

Lease Expiration Date. With respect to any Lease, the date specified in such Lease (as in effect on the Initial Closing Date or, if later, the date such Lease was first included in the Collateral Pool) on which the term of the Lease expires or such earlier date on which the Tenant has an option to terminate the Lease (as in effect on the Initial Closing Date or, if later, the date such Lease was first included in the Collateral Pool), without regard to any unexercised options to renew or extend such Lease or change in or modification of such terms in connection with a bankruptcy or similar proceeding involving the related Tenant or a modification, waiver, extension or amendment of such Lease granted or agreed to by the Special Servicer pursuant to Section 3.16.

Lease Expiration Date has the meaning given to it in Section 3.2 of the Base Lease.

Lease Expiration Date means the last day of the Lease Term, subject to any other date on which the Lease is terminated.

Lease Expiration Date is amended to read: April 30, 2001 ("Expiration Date").
