Date of Lease. All references in this Lease to "the date hereof" or similar references shall be deemed to refer to the last date, in point of time, on which all parties hereto have executed this Lease.

Date of Lease. The parties acknowledge that certain obligations of Lessor and Lessee are to be performed within certain specified periods of time which are determined by reference to the date of execution of this Lease. The parties therefore agree that wherever the term "date of execution of this Lease," or words of similar import are used herein, they will mean the date upon which this Lease has been duly executed by Lessor and Lessee whichever is the later to so execute this Lease. The parties further agree to specify the date on which they execute this Lease beneath their respective signatures in the space provided and warrant and represent to the other that such a date is in fact the date on which each duly executed his or her name. COMMENCEMENT DATE: The date that Lessee exercises its Option.
