Examples of Anticipated Commencement Date in a sentence
If Landlord has not Substantially Completed the Tenant Improvements on or prior to the Anticipated Commencement Date, for any reason other than Tenant Delays, the Lease Commencement Date shall be the date upon which Substantial Completion of the Tenant Improvements occurs.
If the Anticipated Commencement Date set forth in the Lease is different than the date set forth in the preceding sentence, then the Commencement Date as contained in the Lease is amended to be the Commencement Date set forth in the preceding sentence.
If the Commencement Date is delayed for any reason other than delays caused by Tenant as defined in Paragraph 4.2 above, then there shall be an abatement of Rent covering the period between the Anticipated Commencement Date and the date when Landlord delivers possession of the Premises to Tenant with the Tenant Improvements substantially completed and all other terms and conditions of this Lease shall remain in full force and effect.

Should Landlord be unable to deliver possession of the Premises on the Anticipated Commencement Date stated in the Basic Lease Terms, Landlord shall have no liability to Tenant for delay in delivering possession.
