Extension of Lease Term. Landlord and Tenant hereby agree that the Lease Term shall be and is hereby extended for an additional period of seven (7) years and eight (8) months, commencing on January 1, 2007 (the “Effective Date”) and expiring at 11:59 p.m. on August 31, 2014 (the “Extended Term”). The Extended Term shall be on the same terms and conditions as set forth in the Lease, except as hereby expressly amended. Tenant accepts the Demised Premises for the Extended Term in its “as is, where is” condition, and acknowledges and agrees that Landlord shall not be required to make any alterations or improvements to the Demised Premises or the Building or, except as set forth in Paragraph 6 of this Amendment, provide any allowances to Tenant as a result of or in connection with such extension of the Term.
Extension of Lease Term. It is acknowledged that the Commencement Date of the Lease was January 8, 2001. The Term of the Lease as set forth in Section 5 of the Lease is hereby extended for an additional two (2) years, which extended Term shall expire on January 8, 2013. All references in the Lease to the “Term” shall be deemed to refer to the Term, as extended hereby.
Extension of Lease Term. The Term of the Lease specified in § 1.2 of the Lease as heretofore amended is hereby extended for an additional period of two (2) years commencing on September 1, 2012, and the Expiration Date of the Lease is hereby amended accordingly to August 31, 2014. First Addendum to Office Lease Bancroft Way, LLC:: Aduro BioTech fka NanoTx Corp. 4.1 Option to Renew. Tenant is hereby granted three (3) successive options to extend (collectively the “Extension Options”) the Term of the Lease for three (3) additional consecutive periods of two (2) years each (collectively the “Extension Periods”). The first Extension Period term shall begin the first day following the Expiration Date and shall take effect on the same terms and conditions in effect under the Lease immediately prior to the first Extension Period, except that (i) Tenant shall have no right to extend other than any remaining Extension Options and (ii) monthly Base Rent shall be the rate which is Fair Market Value (as defined below). The Fair Market Value shall be the effective rent (face rate less free rent) being charged for comparable space in comparable buildings in the vicinity of the Building leased on comparable terms and shall be limited the rates charges in such comparable transactions for tenants renewing or extending their leases.
Extension of Lease Term. The Lease Term is presently scheduled to expire on August 31, 2016. Effective as of September 1, 2016 (the “Extension Date”), the Lease Term is extended for a period expiring on February 28, 2017 (the “Revised Lease Expiration Date”), unless sooner terminated under the terms of the Lease. The period beginning on the Extension Date and continuing through the Revised Lease Expiration Date is the “Second Extension Term” and the Summary of Basic Lease Information and Section 3 of the Lease are amended accordingly. Tenant acknowledges and agrees that given the extension of the Lease Term as provided above, the second of two (2) Extension Options granted in Section 4 of Addendum No. 6 is deemed exercised and Tenant shall have no further options to extend.
Extension of Lease Term. In consideration of the Perfexion Upgrade, the Term is hereby extended to the date that is seven (7) years following the First Perfexion Procedure Date (as hereinafter defined); provided that the Term may be further extended as set forth in Section 7(a) below.
Extension of Lease Term. Effective as of me date hereof, the term of the Lease, as set forth in Paragraphs 1.3 and 3.1 of the Lease, is extended for an additional period (the "Extension Period") of one (1) year and nine (9) months, commencing, retroactively, on April 1, 2009, and ending on December 31,2010. All of the existing terms of the Lease shall apply during the Extension Term, except to the extent otherwise expressly provided herein.
Extension of Lease Term. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge that the Lease Term is currently scheduled to expire on March 31, 2012 (the “Original Expiration Date”), pursuant to the terms of the Lease. Notwithstanding the foregoing or anything to the contrary in the Lease, Landlord and Tenant hereby agree to extend the Lease Term for a period of ten (10) months, commencing April 1, 2012 and continuing through and including January 31, 2013 (the “New Expiration Date”), unless sooner terminated as provided in the Lease, as hereby amended. Notwithstanding the Original Expiration Date, the period of time commencing on January 1, 2010, and ending on the New Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term.” The term of Tenant’s lease of the Expansion Premises shall commence on the Expansion Commencement Date and shall expire coterminously with the term of Tenant’s lease of the Existing Premises on the New Expiration Date, unless sooner terminated as provided in the Lease, as hereby amended.
Extension of Lease Term. The Lease Term is hereby extended such that the Lease shall terminate on November 30, 2017 (the “Fourth Amendment Extended Expiration Date”). The period of time from December 1, 2016 through and including the Fourth Amendment Extended Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as the “Fourth Amendment Extended Term.” Tenant shall not have any right to extend the Lease Term beyond the Fourth Amendment Extended Expiration Date.
