Ten Month and Seasonal Employees a) Regular school term and regular seasonal employees will be retained on the payroll after the end of their regular appointment until their vacation entitlement has been used unless such employees submit a written request, prior to the last pay period in June, to take vacation and pay at some other time during the summer.

  • Seasonal Employees Seasonal employees still on trial service should refer to Article 71, Sections 2 and 3 regarding salary increases.

  • Seasonal Employee Seasonal employee" means an employee who is appointed for no more than ten months during any 12 consecutive months but who is expected to return to work year after year.
