Television surveillance. There must be due reason for television surveillance having regard to the operations in the enterprise by which surveillance is being conducted. If direct and continuous television surveillance of the individual employee while at work is required, the purpose and need for it must be clarified. Such surveillance should be avoided to the greatest possible extent. See also the Act and Regulations relating to personal data.
