Team Leads/Production Trainers. When job openings for Team Lead and Production Trainer occur, the job shall be posted to the Division on Thursday and remain posted for three (3) consecutive days excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and non-production days. Interested employees may complete an application for the position at the personnel office. The vacancy will be awarded to the best qualified of the five (5) senior applicants, provided they have the skill set to perform the job. Qualifications will be evaluated by management using candidate interviews and using information from Union-appointed employees experienced in the classification. Evaluation criteria will include work skills, work record, work experience, attendance, safety, communication, and education or training which is related to the position. When job openings occur in the following positions, an informational posting shall be made for a period of seven (7) days. • Team Lead • Floor Trainer • Xxxxx Xxxxx • Clod Puller Interested employees may complete an application for the position at the Human Resources Office. The vacancy will be awarded to the best qualified employee as determined by the Company. The Company will seek input from Union Representatives and a peer group of employees when awarding these positions.   • Designated Configuration; Trained Personnel State Street and the Fund shall be responsible for supplying, installing and maintaining the Designated Configuration at the Designated Locations.
