Work Schedule (A) Where an employee has an established schedule, a change in workdays or shifts will be posted no less than 14 calendar days in advance and will reflect at least a two workweek schedule; however, the state will make a good faith effort to reflect a one month schedule. (B) In the event of a declared emergency the notice requirement of this Section may be void. (C) The state will continue to observe the scheduling structures currently in place at each agency and agrees to bargain any change in the overall practice of how schedules are established.
Contract Schedule The information set forth in the Contract Schedule is true and correct.
Punchlist Promptly after the Project reaches Substantial Completion, the Design-Builder shall cause the Architect to develop a punchlist. Once the punchlist is prepared, the Design-Builder shall inspect the work along with representatives from the Department. The punchlist shall be revised to reflect additional work items that are discovered during such inspection. The Design-Builder shall correct all punchlist items no later than ninety (90) days after Substantial Completion is achieved.
CONTRACT DATA The Consultant is advised to read the NEC3 Professional Service Contract (Third edition with amendments of June 2006 and April 2013) and the relevant Guidance Notes and Flow Charts, published by the Institution of Civil Engineers, in order to understand the implications of this Data which is required.
