Task Order Key Personnel. Key personnel are those Contractor personnel the Government considers essential to the performance of ProTech-Satellite and subsequent task orders. If the Government determines that additional personnel are key to successful completion of a task order, they will be designated as "Task Order Key Personnel" in the request for offer. The Contractor shall notify the OCO and the task order COR prior to making any changes in task order Key Personnel. If additional key personnel are required at the task order level CAR Clause 1352.237-75 Key Personnel will be included in the task order.

Task Order Key Personnel. Each Task Order PWS will identify all additional key personnel required at the task order level. Each additional personnel listed in the Task Order PWS shall meet the minimum requirements listed within this Base MATOC PWS and shall meet any additional requirements provided in each specific Task Order PWS. If there is a conflict in the minimum requirements listed in this PWS versus the specific Task Order PWS, the specific Task Order PWS will take precedence. Resumes for task order key personnel will be reviewed at the Task Order Proposal Level. The following defines the minimum education, experience, certifications, and/or training required for an individual to serve in these positions at a task order level.

  • Contractor Key Personnel ‌ The Contractor shall assign a Corporate OASIS Program Manager (COPM) and Corporate OASIS Contract Manager (COCM) as Contractor Key Personnel to represent the Contractor as primary points-of-contact to resolve issues, perform administrative duties, and other functions that may arise relating to OASIS and task orders solicited and awarded under XXXXX. Additional Key Personnel requirements may be designated by the OCO at the task order level. There is no minimum qualification requirements established for Contractor Key Personnel. Additionally, Contractor Key Personnel do not have to be full-time positions; however, the Contractor Key Personnel are expected to be fully proficient in the performance of their duties. The Contractor shall ensure that the OASIS CO has current point-of-contact information for both the COPM and COCM. In the event of a change to Contractor Key Personnel, the Contractor shall notify the OASIS CO and provide all Point of Contact information for the new Key Personnel within 5 calendar days of the change. All costs associated with Contractor Key Personnel duties shall be handled in accordance with the Contractor’s standard accounting practices; however, no costs for Contractor Key Personnel may be billed to the OASIS Program Office. Failure of Contractor Key Personnel to effectively and efficiently perform their duties will be construed as conduct detrimental to contract performance and may result in activation of Dormant Status and/or Off-Ramping (See Sections H.16. and H.17.).

  • Task Orders This non-exclusive Agreement does not guarantee that the City will utilize CONSULTANT in any capacity or for any services identified herein. When the City identifies a need for the CONSULTANT’s services, the City will request a proposal from the CONSULTANT to provide the services requested. The CONSULTANT’s proposal shall be submitted in the format of the sample task order, attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit “A” and shall be based on the CONSULTANT’s currently hourly fee set forth in the CONSULTANT’s proposal and attached hereto as Exhibit “B”. If a sub-consultant(s) is to be utilized for services under a task order, the CONSULTANT shall obtain a written proposal from the sub-consultant(s) and attach the same with to the CONSULTANT's proposal submitted to the City. Upon receipt of the CONSULTANT’s proposal, the City shall decide in its sole discretion whether to award the task order to the CONSULTANT. Depending on the lump sum, not to exceed amount of each proposed task order, the task order may be awarded by the City Manager (if within her purchasing authority of $50,000 or less) or the City Commission. If the task order is awarded to the CONSULTANT, the CONSULTANT shall commence the identified services upon receipt of a Notice to Proceed from the City or upon the CONSULTANT's receipt of a fully executed task order for the services. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals submitted by the CONSULTANT.

  • Key Personnel C4.1 The Contractor acknowledges that the Key Personnel are essential to the proper provision of the Services to the Authority.

  • Work Orders If the Contract is for indefinite quantities of Services, as specified in the Signature Document, all Work will be performed in accordance with properly executed Work Orders.

  • Statement of Work The Contractor shall provide the services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of work, as set forth below:

  • Contractor’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Contractor shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the Contractor’s efforts in fulfilling Contractor’s obligations under this Contract. This Project Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Contractor’s Project Manager shall be assigned to this project for the duration of the Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. The County’s Project Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Contractor’s Project Manager from providing services to the County under this Contract. The County’s Project manager shall notify the Contractor in writing of such action. The Contractor shall accomplish the removal within five (5) business days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Contractor’s Project Manager.
