Minimum Requirements. Consultant shall, at its expense, procure and maintain for the duration of the Agreement insurance against claims for injuries to persons or damages to property which may arise from or in connection with the performance of the Agreement by the Consultant, its agents, representatives, employees or subconsultants. Consultant shall also require all of its subconsultants to procure and maintain the same insurance for the duration of the Agreement. Such insurance shall meet at least the following minimum levels of coverage:
Minimum Requirements. City’s insurance requirements are minimum requirements, and Tenant is responsible to obtain adequate insurance coverage as Tenant may determine. Except as otherwise expressly set forth in this Agreement, Tenant assumes all risk under this Agreement (including, but not limited to, business interruption claims) whether or not insured.
Minimum Requirements. Surveys performed by the A-E shall conform to the requirements of the Professional Land Surveyors' Act (PLSA). In accordance with the Act, "responsible charge" for the work shall reside with a Licensed Land Surveyor or a pre-January 1, 1982 Registered Civil Engineer, in the State of California. Unless otherwise specified, conventional control surveys shall conform to second-order Class I (modified) accuracy standards as specified by the County. All services and deliverables shall be in compliance with the most current Orange County Surveyor Procedure Manual; a copy of which will be provided upon request. The minimum standard of survey quality shall be that of similar surveys performed by the County, such that: All "found" and "set" monuments must be double-determined from two or more control stations. If monuments cannot be set due to construction, obstructions, etc., then offset monuments must be set as agreed upon by the County.
Minimum Requirements. At a minimum, the Recipient agrees to comply with the insurance requirements normally imposed on the Recipient by its State and local laws, regulations, and ordinances, except to the extent that the Federal Government determines otherwise in writing.
