Annual Reassessment Process. In accordance with Section 7.4 of the GIDAP, the CAISO will perform an annual reassessment, as part of a queue cluster interconnection study cycle, in which it will update certain base case data prior to beginning the GIDAP Phase II Interconnection Studies. As set forth in Section 7.4, the CAISO may determine through this assessment that Delivery Network Upgrades already identified and included in executed generator interconnection agreements should be modified in order to reflect the current circumstances of interconnection customers in the queue, including any withdrawals therefrom, and any additions and upgrades approved in the CAISO’s most recent TPP cycle. To the extent that this determination modifies the scope or characteristics of, or the cost responsibility for, any Delivery Network Upgrades set forth in Appendix A to this LGIA, such modification(s) will be reflected through an amendment to this LGIA.

To the extent that this determination modifies the scope or characteristics of, or the cost responsibility for, any Non-JPP Delivery Network Upgrades and Off-Peak Network Upgrades set forth in Appendix A-2 to this LGIA, such modification(s) to the Non-JPP Delivery Network will be reflected through an amendment to this LGIA ; provided, however, that nothing in this Section 5.21 shall require APS or IID to agree to any such amendment to this LGIA unless and until adverse impacts arising from the modification of Non-JPP Delivery Network Upgrades and Off-Peak Network Upgrades or then-current circumstances of interconnection customers in the CAISO queue, including any withdrawals there from, and any additions and upgrades approved in the CAISO’s most recent TPP, on the respective Transmission Systems of APS and IID are studied by APS and IID and APS and IID are compensated for the mitigation of such adverse impacts.

  • The Performance Improvement Process (a) The Performance Improvement Process will focus on the risks of non- performance and problem-solving. It may include one or more of the following actions:

The Choate Team will be responsible for gathering required participant data to evaluate and track the overall results and success of the Partnership. This data will be shared with OSHA. OSHA will be responsible for writing and submitting the annual evaluation.

  • Evaluation Process A. The immediate supervisor will meet with an employee at the start of the employee’s probationary, trial services, transition, and annual review period to discuss performance expectations. The employee will receive copies of their performance expectations as well as notification of any modifications made during the review period. Employee work performance will be evaluated during probationary, trial service and transition review periods and at least annually thereafter. Notification will be given to a probationary or trial service employee whose work performance is determined to be unsatisfactory.
