System Monitoring and Measurement. Lattice uses an independent third-party service (“Monitoring Service Lattice”) to monitor System Availability on an ongoing basis. You can access System Availability status, including uptime and incident reports, at any time, here: xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/uptime. All measurements of System Availability will be calculated on a monthly basis for each calendar month during the Term based on the records of such Monitoring Service Lattice. The Monitoring Service Lattice’s records regarding System Availability will be final and each party agrees not to dispute such records.

  • Measurement and Monitoring Tools Contractor shall implement measurement and monitoring tools and procedures reasonably designed to measure its performance of the Services and assess such performance against any applicable service levels. Contractor shall provide LAUSD with a monthly report of service level performance under any applicable Work Order.   • Monitoring and Reporting 3.1 The Contractor shall provide workforce monitoring data as detailed in paragraph 3.2 of this Schedule 8.
