Hosting Provider definition

Hosting Provider means any Permitted Subcontractor that is providing any or all of the Hosted Services under this Contract.

Hosting Provider means any person providing an electronic data transmission service by storing of information provided by a user of the service;

Hosting Provider has the meaning given to it in Section 3.3 of these Master Terms.

On-premises means Client’s private data centre, or private or public cloud hosting environment used by the Client where the Ardexa Platform is installed. Personal Data means any information which is personal information as defined in and for the purposes of the Privacy Laws.

Hosting Provider means Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (or its affiliates) or any replacement hosting provider notified by the Supplier to the Customer in writing from time to time;
