Hosting Provider definition

Hosting Provider means any Permitted Subcontractor that is providing any or all of the Hosted Services under this Contract.
Hosting Provider means any person providing an electronic data transmission service by storing of information provided by a user of the service;
Hosting Provider means a person who provides a service to facilitate the transmission of computer data between two or more computer systems by storing information provided by a user of his service.

  • The Client hereby authorizes CCD to access this account and authorizes the Hosting Provider to provide CCD with "write permission" for the Client's web page directory, cgi-bin directory, and any other directories or programs which need to be accessed for this project.

  • One: the Client pays a fixed monthly rate for such things as changing price to an item, adding additional inventory, making moderate graphic changes, and coordinating delivery of the web site with the Hosting Provider.

  • If however, the Client does not wish to do so, or is not an advanced user of the Internet, CCD will be more than happy to secure a Hosting Provider on the Client’s behalf for a nominal fee.

More Definitions of Hosting Provider

Hosting Provider has the meaning given to it in Section 3.3 of these Master Terms.
Hosting Provider means Amazon Web Services (“AWS”) of 0000 00xx Xxx X, Xxx 0000, Xxxxxxx, XX 00000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx through one of AWS’ Subsidiaries;
Hosting Provider means Amazon Web Services or any replacement hosting provider notified by the Supplier to the Buyer in writing from time to time;

Hosting Provider means a third party hosting provider used by Ardexa. Intellectual Property Rights means any intellectual and industrial property rights or entitlements throughout the world including those in connection with any confidential information, copyright (including future copyright and rights in the nature of or analogous to copyright), moral rights, inventions (including patents), trademarks, service marks and designs, whether or not now existing and whether or not registered or registrable, as well as any right to apply for the registration, renewals and extensions of those rights, and any other Intellectual Property Rights as defined in Article 2 of the World Intellectual Property Organisation Convention of 1967. On-premises means Client’s private data centre, or private or public cloud hosting environment used by the Client where the Ardexa Platform is installed. Personal Data means any information which is personal information as defined in and for the purposes of the Privacy Laws.
Hosting Provider means Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (or its affiliates) or any replacement hosting provider notified by the Supplier to the Customer in writing from time to time;
