SUSPENSION OF PROVIDER'S APPOINTMENT. Without prejudice to the Authority's rights to terminate the Framework Agreement in Clause 23 above, if a right to terminate this Framework Agreement arises in accordance with Clause 23, the Authority may suspend the Provider's appointment to supply Services to Contracting Bodies in any or all Provider's Lots by giving notice in writing to the Provider. If the Authority provides notice to the Provider in accordance with this Clause 24, the Provider's appointment shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Provider by the Authority in writing from time to time.
SUSPENSION OF PROVIDER'S APPOINTMENT. 26.1 If the Administering Authority is entitled to terminate this DPS Agreement pursuant to Clause 25 (Administering Authority’s Termination Rights) but excluding its termination rights under Clause 25.5 (Termination in Connection with the Regulations), the Administering Authority may instead elect in its sole discretion to suspend the Provider's participation in the Purchasing System by giving notice in writing to the Provider, and the Provider agrees that it shall not be entitled to enter into any new Contract during the period for which it is so suspended, as specified in the Administering Authority's notice.
SUSPENSION OF PROVIDER'S APPOINTMENT. Without prejudice to the Welsh Ministers’ rights to terminate the Framework Agreement in clause 8 above, if a right to terminate this Framework Agreement arises in accordance with clause 8, or if the Provider should fail to respond to more than three invitations issued to participate in a Mini-Competition, the Welsh Ministers may suspend the Provider’s right to receive requests to participate in Call-Off Procedures from Participating Organisations in any or all Provider’s Lots by giving notice in writing to the Provider. If the Welsh Ministers provide notice to the Provider in accordance with this clause 9, the Provider’s appointment shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Provider by the Welsh Ministers in writing from time to time.
SUSPENSION OF PROVIDER'S APPOINTMENT. 18.1 Without prejudice to the Council’s rights to terminate the Agreement in clause 17 above the Council may suspend with immediate effect the Provider's right to apply for and receive Instructions from Framework Users by giving notice in writing to the Provider upon the occurrence of:
SUSPENSION OF PROVIDER'S APPOINTMENT. 27.1 Without prejudice to LPP’s rights to terminate the Agreement in Clause 26 above, if a right to terminate this Agreement arises in accordance with these terms and conditions, LPP may suspend the Provider’s appointment to supply Goods, Services and/or Works (if applicable) to Contracting Authorities by giving notice in writing to the Provider. If LPP provides notice to the Provider in accordance with this Clause 27, the Provider's appointment shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Provider by LPP in writing from time to time.
SUSPENSION OF PROVIDER'S APPOINTMENT. Without prejudice to the Authority’s rights to terminate the Framework Agreement in Clause 24. above, if a right to terminate this Framework Agreement arises in accordance with these terms and conditions, the Authority may suspend the Provider’s appointment to supply Services to the Customers by giving notice in writing to the Provider. If the Authority provides notice to the Provider in accordance with this Clause 25., the Provider's appointment shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Provider by the Authority in writing from time to time. A Provider’s Appointment may be suspended to allow the Authority and/or a Customer the opportunity to investigate any incidents or complaints that may have arisen relating to the provision of Services under this Framework Agreement. Should this occur the Provider will be suspended from the Framework Agreement (at no cost to the Authority or the Customer) whilst investigations take place and the Provider will not be allowed to tender for Further Competition or accept any Direct Award from Customers during this period. Following suspension of a Provider’s appointment under this Clause 25. the Provider will be informed of the outcome as soon as possible and be advised: whether or not they have been reinstated to the Framework Agreement; or the Framework Agreement has been terminated with immediate effect.
SUSPENSION OF PROVIDER'S APPOINTMENT. 22.1 Without prejudice to the Council's rights to terminate the Services Agreement in Clause 21 above, if a right to terminate this Services Agreement arises in accordance with Clause 21, the Council may suspend the Provider's right to supply Services under an IPA by giving notice in writing to the Provider. If the Council provides notice to the Provider in accordance with this Clause 22, the Provider's appointment shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Provider by the Council in writing from time to time.

Without prejudice to NLFI's rights to terminate the Framework Agreement and/or the Call-Off Contract in Clause 13, if a right to terminate this Framework Agreement and/or the Call-Off Contract arises in accordance with Clause 13, NLFI may suspend the Provider's appointment to supply ECM Services to NLFI by giving notice in writing to the Provider in which case the Provider's appointment shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Provider by NLFI in writing from time to time.
