Survival Upon Expiration or Termination. The provisions of Section 1.4 (Dispute Resolution), Section 2.4 (Return of Materials), Article IV (Limitation of Liability), Article VI (Notices and Demands), this Section 7.2, Article VIII (Confidentiality), Article X (Indemnification) and Article XI (Miscellaneous) shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement unless otherwise agreed to in writing by both Parties.
