Supplemental Instruction. A Supplemental Instruction is an instruction including a field or site instruction issued for recording any clarifications or interpretation of the Contract Documents or giving direction on field conditions and not involving adjustment in the Guaranteed Price or Contract Time, in the form of specifications, drawings, schedules, samples, models, or written instructions, consistent with the intent of the Contract Documents. It is to be issued by the Consultant to supplement the Contract Documents as required for the performance of the Work.

Supplemental Instruction. Supplemental instruction authorized by the Board performed at Monmouth Regional High School shall be compensated at an hourly rate of thirty-three dollars ($33.00) per hour in 2010-11.
