Supplemental Terms definition

Supplemental Terms means the product specific supplemental terms and conditions which include additional or different terms and conditions to those in the Cloud GTCs for the provision of specific Cloud Services which are made available on http://www.sap.com/company/legal.
Supplemental Terms means the supplemental terms to the General Terms for each Product type.
Supplemental Terms means additional terms and conditions that apply to a particular Offering as attached hereto or set forth or referenced in an Order.

  • If expressly authorized by Trimble in the Documentation or any Supplemental Terms, the Offering may allow Customer to invite other third parties to become Authorized Users and/or access Customer Data.
