Summer Substitutes. When substitutes are needed during the summer months, bargaining unit members who have requested work will be offered such work on a rotating seniority basis. The rate of pay shall be at the bargaining unit member's hourly rate.

Summer Substitutes. When bargaining unit members assigned to summer work are off due to, but not limited to, vacation, illness, etc., regular and substitute drivers shall be given the opportunity to work according to seniority. All unit members with an interest in summer substitute driving must sign up with the Transportation Director prior to the last workday in May. This list of drivers willing to substitute during the summer will be rotated the same as is done with field trips.

  • Long-Term Substitutes Long-term substitutes are defined as teachers hired to fill the temporary vacancy of a teacher on leave in the same assignment for more than sixty (60) days. The employment of long-term substitutes shall automatically expire at the end of the period of substitution or upon return to duty of the teacher from an approved leave of absence without any action by the Board or further notice to the teacher.

  • SUBLOOPS 45.1. Sprint will offer unbundled access to copper subloops and subloops for access to multiunit premises wiring. Sprint will consider all requests for access to subloops through the ICB process due to the wide variety of interconnections available and the lack of standards. A written response will be provided to CLEC covering the interconnection time intervals, prices and other information based on the ICB process as set forth in this Agreement.
