Claims for Back Wages. All claims for back wages shall be limited to the amount of wages that the employee would have otherwise earned, less any compensation that he/she may have received from other employment during the period for which back pay is claimed. This provision shall not apply to part-time or supplemental employment held prior to the period for which back pay is claimed.
Claims for Back Wages. All claims for back wages shall be limited to the amount of wages that the employee otherwise would have earned less any unemployment compensation or compensation from normal services that he/she may or could have received from any source during the period on which the back pay was provided. Any back pay awarded pursuant to a grievance settlement shall be paid in the next pay period following the settlement.

In the case of a pay shortage of which the Employee could not have been aware before the pay was available to the Employee, any adjustment shall be retroactive only to the beginning of the pay period covered by such pay, if the Employee files a written grievance within fifteen (15) working days after receipt of such pay.
Claims for Back Wages. All claims for back wages shall be limited to the amount of wages that the employee would otherwise have earned in the event it is determined there was a misinterpretation or violation of the contract by the Board.
Claims for Back Wages. The grievant shall have no claim for back wages in excess of the amount of wages the grievant would otherwise have earned at her regular rate.

No claim for back wages shall exceed the amount of wages the grievant would have earned minus (1) any unemployment compensation received by the grievant and (2) any other compensation they have received from other sources which replaces their lost earnings from the College during the period of suspension or discharge.
