Subscription Video On Demand Rights. The right to make available the Programme(s) to the public on a temporary basis and/or to issue non-physical temporary copies of the Programme(s) to the public (on a "per Programme" basis) by means of any Distribution System(s), where the exhibition of such Programme(s) is at a time chosen by the viewer (i.e. the viewer can independently, and in the viewer's entire discretion, select his/her desired viewing time without reference to a list of possible viewing times pre-established by the exhibitor of the applicable service, and can start, stop, pause, fast-forward and/or rewind the exhibition of such Programme(s)), where the viewer is required to pay a fee (over and above any Basic Charges) in respect of access to a package of television programmes, including such Programme(s) (rather than a separate fee in respect of each individual programme which is available on the relevant service), whether or not any such non-physical temporary copies of such Programme(s) are required to be temporarily downloaded to the viewer's reception equipment prior to the viewer's authorised exhibition of such Programme(s), including PVR Push and the Sideload Rights, but excluding (for the avoidance of doubt) the Near Video On Demand Rights and the DTO Right(s) and any right to allow the public to retain a permanent copy of the Programme(s).

  • Subscription License A Subscription license will commence on the date specified in the Notification Form and continue in force for the fixed initial term specified therein. The license is firm and cannot be cancelled or otherwise reduced or terminated by Customer during the license term. On expiry of the initial term, the subscription license will terminate unless renewed. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Notification Form, each subscription license will include the provision of Support Services.

  • Subscription Fee Customer shall pay to Service Provider in consideration for Service Provider providing the Services, the subscription fee as agreed upon in the Order Form.

  • Subscription Fees Licensee agrees to pay all Subscription Fees. Xxxxxx Xxx may increase or decrease such charges from time to time and Licensee agrees to pay any such adjusted charges; provided that the adjustment shall be communicated to Licensee in writing (a) on or before its effective date with respect to fees which constitute pass-through charges from Third- Party Licensors or other vendors, and (b) at least twenty (20) days before its effective date with respect to all other charges.   • Software Subscription The Term of any Software Subscription shall automatically renew for an additional Subscription License Term unless written notice of termination is given to the other Party three (3) months prior to the expiration of the then-current Term.
