SUBMITTAL EXPLANATION. 6.1 At any time, the Owner may, acting reasonably, require the Design-Builder, including the Design- Builder’s Consultant, Subcontractors and any other relevant personnel, at no additional cost to the Owner, to explain to the Owner and the Owner’s advisors the intent of the Design-Builder’s Submittals, including in relation to any design and any associated documentation and as to its satisfaction of the Statement of Requirements.

SUBMITTAL EXPLANATION. At any time, the Authority may, acting reasonably, require Project Co, including Project Co’s consultants, Sub-Contractors, and any other relevant personnel, at no additional cost to the Authority, to answer questions regarding Project Co's Submittals or to explain to the Authority and the Authority’s advisors the intent of Project Co’s Submittals, including in relation to any design and any associated documentation and as to its satisfaction of the Design and Construction Specifications. Project Co will answer all questions asked by the Authority in accordance with this Section as soon as practicable and in any event no later than 5 Business Days from the date it received the Authority's questions or such longer period agreed by the parties acting reasonably.

  • Invoice Submission The Contractor shall accept payment of invoices via EFT. Invoice submission information shall be contained in each individual Order. Payment of invoices will be made by the payment office designated in each individual Order.

  • Resubmission If terminated, resolved or withdrawn, a grievance cannot be resubmitted.

  • Guidelines Explanation The Board President will accept applications. The Board will discuss, at an open meeting, its process to review the applications and who will contact applicants for an interview. Who accepts vacancy applications is at the Board's sole discretion. According to 2:110, Qualifications, Term, and Duties of Board Officers, the Board President is a logical officer to accept the applications, but this task may be delegated to the Secretary or Superintendent's secretary if the Board determines that it is more convenient. Who accepts the applications must be decided prior to posting the vacancy announcement. Create the Board member vacancy announcement.

  • Budget Schedule Subrecipient agrees that the expenditures of any and all funds under this Contract will be in accordance with the Budget Schedule, a copy of which is attached hereto as Attachment C, and which by this reference is incorporated herein and made a part hereof as if fully set forth.

  • Submittals Submittals required by the Contract Documents shall be prepared specifically for the Work by the Contractor to illustrate some portion of the Work. Submittals are not Contract Documents.

  • Alternative Work Schedule An alternate forty (40) hour work schedule (other than five (5) uniform and consecutive eight (8) hour days in a seven (7) day period), or for hospital personnel an eighty (80) hour workweek in a fourteen (14) day period and other mutually agreed upon schedules that comply with applicable federal and state law. Employee work schedules normally include two (2) consecutive days off.
