Student Loan Reimbursement. Permanent staff who have been employed for at least one year shall be entitled up to $250 per month for reimbursement of student loan payments provided that employees have applied for Public Service Loan Forgiveness. The amount shall be pro-rated for part time employees. Employees shall submit proof of payment per PESP expense reimbursement policy in order to be reimbursed.
Student Loan Reimbursement a. For employees of the unit who commenced service, as defined by RSA 100-A, on or after July 1, 2011, who submit documentation to Human Resources by June 30th of each year demonstrating payments made towards student loans during the applicable year, and who have not elected to receive a Town-funded 457 Savings Plan contribution as outlined in Article XXXIII(5)(b), the Town will reimburse up II employees who commenced service before July 1, 2011 for all detail pay earned by such employee during the applicable year, up to the amount paid by the employee toward their student loans during the applicable year. Such amount shall be paid on a post-tax basis within 1st election as outlined in Article XVI(4).
