Billing Services Manager shall provide, or cause to be provided, the following billing services to P.C.:
Engineering Services The Borrower’s Engineer will provide engineering services covering planning and design, operation of the System, and the supervision and inspection of the construction of the Project. The Borrower’s Engineer will provide to the Department the certificate required by Section 3.4.
Support Services Other than the assistance provided in the Information, the BNPP Entities do not offer any support services in connection with the Software.
Custody Services The Fund, on behalf of the Series, will open with Mellon one or more custody account(s) designated "Series" (such designated custody account(s) hereinafter referred to as "Series Account"). The Services Custodian shall provide to the Funds the services described in Exhibit A attached hereto (which services are hereinafter referred to as the “Services”). The Funds shall, promptly after the date hereof, deliver or cause to be delivered to Custodian copies of all documents and information listed on Schedule II to this Loan Servicing Agreement relating to the loans or loan commitments (the “Loans”) being serviced for the loan portfolio(s) described on Exhibit A-1 (the “Portfolio(s)”).
Training Services Fiserv shall provide training, training aids, user manuals, and other documentation for Client's use as Fiserv finds necessary to enable Client personnel to become familiar with Fiserv Services. If requested by Client, classroom training in the use and operation of Fiserv Services will be provided at a training facility designated by Fiserv. All such training aids and manuals remain Fiserv's property.
Deliverables Upon completion of each Test for each Reviewable Receivable, the Asset Representations Reviewer shall record a finding based on the issues discovered. Findings categories are listed as follows: • Evidence that the applicable Test was satisfied (“Satisfied Test”); • Evidence that the applicable Test was not satisfied (“Unsatisfied Test”); and • Test incomplete as a result of missing or insufficient documentation (“Unsatisfied Test – Missing Required Documents”).
