Special Operations Employees. Includes: • Sanitary or garbage collection or disposal service; • Water flusher driver; • Street cleaning machine operator; • Auto-eductor driver and assistants; • Caravan-compound or camping-area attendants; • Cleaners; • All employees working in or around a refuse disposal and/or processing site; • Public convenience attendants; • Sewerage-treatment works attendants; and • Watchmen.

  • Maintenance Employees The normal hours of work for full-time Maintenance employees are 72 ½ hours over a two (2) week period, not to exceed eight (8) hours per day.

  • Continuing Employees “Continuing Employees” is defined in Section 6.4 of the Agreement.

  • Laid Off Employees A) Should vacancies occur following layoff, those employees on layoff will be recalled to these positions in order of seniority providing they have the capabilities and the qualifications to perform the duties of the vacant position. If no employee on layoff possesses the required capabilities and qualifications, the vacant position will be posted pursuant to Article 15.01.
