Site-specific data definition

Site-specific data and "site-specific input" means an in- put value used in determination of fuel pathway carbon intensity val- ue, or the raw operational data used to calculate an input value, which is required to be unique to the facility, pathway, and feed- stock. All site-specific inputs must be measured, metered or otherwise documented, and verifiable, e.g., consumption of natural gas or grid electricity at a fuel production facility must be documented by invoi- ces from the utility.
Site-specific data refers to data gathered at any individual site that is not part of the common LONGSCAN protocols. “Core data” are any data collected at sites as part of the LONGSCAN protocols and/or entered into the LONGSCAN data entry system.
