Carbon intensity or “CI” means the amount of lifecycle greenhouse gas emissions per unit of energy of fuel expressed in grams of carbon dioxide equivalent per megajoule (gCO2e/MJ).
Hydrocarbon Interests means all rights, titles, interests and estates now or hereafter acquired in and to oil and gas leases, oil, gas and mineral leases, or other liquid or gaseous hydrocarbon leases, mineral fee interests, overriding royalty and royalty interests, net profit interests and production payment interests, including any reserved or residual interests of whatever nature.
Submerged lands means those lands which are inundated by water on a seasonal or more frequent basis.
Undeveloped Land means raw land that has not been filled to grade or been permitted for development.
Energy Use Intensity (EUI) means the kBTUs (1,000 British Thermal Units) used per square foot of gross floor area.
