Signs and Directory. The Tenant covenants not to permit, paint, display, inscribe, place or affix any sign, symbol, notice or lettering of any kind anywhere outside the Leased Premises (whether on the outside or inside of the Building) or within the Leased Premises so as to be visible from the outside of the Leased Premises, with the exception only of an identification sign at or near the entrance to the Leased Premises and a directory listing in the main lobby of the Building, in each case containing only the name of the Tenant and to be subject to the approval of the Landlord as to size, location, content and design criteria as established by the Landlord. Such identification sign and directory listing shall be installed by the Landlord at the expense of the Tenant, which expense shall be the invoice cost plus 15% for an administration fee. The Landlord's acceptance of any name for listing upon the directory will not be deemed, nor will it substitute for the Landlord's consent if required by this Lease to any sublease, assignment or other occupancy of the Leased Premises.

Signs and Directory. Subject to the express provisions of Section 14 of Schedule “H” attached hereto, the Tenant covenants not to permit, paint, display, inscribe, place or affix any sign, symbol, notice or lettering of any kind anywhere outside the Leased Premises (whether on the outside or inside of the Building) or within the Leased Premises so as to be visible from the outside of the Leased Premises, with the exception only of a Building standard (text only, no graphic) identification sign at, on or near the main entrance to the Leased Premises and a directory listing in the main lobby of the Building, if such directory exists, in each case containing only the name of the Tenant. Such identification sign and directory listing shall be installed by the Landlord at the one-time expense of the Landlord Tenant, which expense shall be the invoice cost plus 15% for an administration fee. The Landlord’s acceptance of any name for listing upon the directory will not be deemed, nor will it substitute for the Landlord’s consent if required by this Lease to any sublease, assignment or other occupancy of the Leased Premises. All such signage and any additional signage permitted by the Landlord from time to time in its sole discretion shall comply with all Applicable Laws, including, without limitation, those pertaining to light pollution reduction and migrating bird safety programs. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the Tenant shall be permitted to place signage (in a similar position and of a similar size as the current Target sign located behind reception in the lobby of the Building) identifying the Tenant in the lobby of the Building, provided that such signage shall comply with all Applicable Laws and shall be approved by the Landlord, acting reasonably, and otherwise subject to the provisions of Section 14 of Schedule “H” attached hereto.

Signs and Directory. 33.1 Tenant shall not, without the prior written consent of Landlord, place, construct or maintain any sign, advertisement, awning, banner or other decoration on or visible from, or otherwise use, the exterior or interior of the Premises (including, but not limited to, the outer surfaces of the exterior walls and doors of the Premises), any terraces, the roof of the Building, and the public and common areas of the Project. All door signs on the corridor doors of the Premises which lead to the common areas of the Project must conform to standards of the Project as to size, style, placement, color and number of included names, and other matters set forth in Section 40 below.
Signs and Directory. Landlord has an existing directory located upon the property. Tenant shall pay any costs associated with changing the directory to include Tenant's listing, but Tenant shall not be financially responsible for Tenant's initial listing. All signage through the Premises will be coordinated by the Landlord. Landlord will retain absolute discretion regarding signage. All door signs on the exterior of the Premises must be installed by Landlord, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense or as part of any tenant improvement allowance, that the Landlord provides for installation of improvements to the Premises, and must conform to standards of the Project as to size, style, placement, color and number of the names, and other matters as reasonably determined by Landlord. In the event that Tenant violates the foregoing, Landlord may remove the sign without any liability, and may charge Tenant the expense incurred, including but not limited to the cost incurred for the repair of the wall, door surface or other area on which the sign was mounted.

Signs and Directory. Sublessee shall have the right to use the identification signage and directory listing privileges of Sublessor in accordance with Article III, Paragraph 3.3 (Signs and Directory) of the Prime Lease.
