Signature by Facsimile. An original signature transmitted by facsimile shall be deemed to be original for purposes of this Agreement.
Signature by Facsimile. This Contract will be deemed fully executed by all parties if it bears the signatures of all parties. A FAX of the signature of a party will be binding on the signing party and delivery of this Contract by FAX will constitute delivery of this Contract for all purposes and will thus be binding on the party sending the FAX.
Signature by Facsimile. The parties may execute and deliver this Agreement by forwarding signed facsimile copies of their signature page to this Agreement and delivering an original of the same by overnight courier. Such facsimile signatures shall have the same binding effect as original signatures, and the parties hereby waive any defense to validity based on any such copies or signatures.
Signature by Facsimile. This Contract may be signed in counterparts, which shall together constitute the signed original Contract. A signature delivered by facsimile or electronic mail shall be considered an original for purpose of this Contract.
Signature by Facsimile. The exchange of copies of this Agreement and of signature pages by facsimile transmission (including in Adobe Acrobat format) shall constitute effective execution and delivery of this Agreement as to the parties and may be used in lieu of the original Agreement for all purposes. Signatures of the parties transmitted by facsimile shall be deemed to be their original signatures for all purposes.
Signature by Facsimile. This Agreement and all amendments hereto may be signed by facsimile. The signature of any party thereon shall be considered as an original signature and the document transmitted shall be considered to have the same binding legal effect as if it were originally signed. Promptly following a written request therefor, the party signing a document by facsimile shall execute and deliver to the requesting party such facsimile party's signature in original form on the applicable document.
Signature by Facsimile. Signature by facsimile of this Agreement shall be considered an original signature.
Signature by Facsimile. The signature of any party which is delivered by telefax or photocopy shall be deemed to be an original signature and shall be effective upon receipt thereof. Signature by Facsimile. The parties hereto agree that signatures by facsimile shall be acceptable and binding upon the parties hereto.
