Facsimile Signature. In the event that the Borrower's signature is delivered by facsimile transmission, PDF, electronic signature or other similar electronic means, such signature shall create a valid and binding obligation of the Borrower with the same force and effect as if such signature page were an original thereof.
Facsimile Signature. In addition to the provisions for use of facsimile signatures elsewhere specifically authorized in these Bylaws, facsimile signatures of any officer or officers of the Corporation may be used whenever and as authorized by the Board of Directors or a committee thereof.
Facsimile Signature. Where a certificate is countersigned (a) by a transfer agent other than the Corporation or its employee, or, (b) by a registrar other than the Corporation or its employee, the signatures of the officers of the Corporation may be facsimiles. In case any officer who has signed or whose facsimile signature has been placed upon a certificate shall have ceased to be such officer before such certificate is issued, it may be issued by the Corporation with the same effect as if he were such officer at the date of issue.
Facsimile Signature. This Warrant may be executed by the Company in facsimile form and upon receipt by the Holder of such faxed executed copy of this Warrant, this Warrant shall be binding upon and enforceable against the Company in accordance with its terms. The Company shall promptly forward to the Holder an original of the facsimile signed copy of this Warrant previously delivered to Holder.
Facsimile Signature. When any certificate is manually signed by a transfer agent, a transfer clerk, or a registrar appointed by the Board of Directors to perform such duties, a facsimile or engraved signature of the officers and a facsimile corporate seal, if any, may be inscribed on the certificate in lieu of the actual signatures and seal.
Facsimile Signature. This Warrant may be issued to the Holder containing a facsimile signature of the President or Chief Executive Officer of the Company; which facsimile signature the Company acknowledges and agrees shall have the same validity and enforceability as those the same were a ribbon original signature.
