Shift Differential Employees assigned to Sample Clauses

Shift Differential Employees assigned to a shift where the majority of hours of the shift, five (5) or more, are between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. shall receive a shift differential of $.25 per hour. Employees assigned to a shift where the majority of hours of the shift, five (5) or more, are between the hours of 11 :00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. shall receive a shift differential of $.50 per hour. Shift differential shall be added to the employee's base rate of pay for hours actually worked.
