Pour grease into a container and dispose of it as solid waste. • Scrape food waste into the garbage, not down the drain. • Nothing that doesn’t come out of a human goes into the toilet except toilet paper. • Avoid long showers. • Wrap nappies in separate bags before placing in garbage. • Place make-up and baby wipes in the garbage. • Report any drain issues to the owner as soon as possible.

SALT GLAZED STONEWARE PIPES All pipes and fittings must be new and perfectly sound, free from fire cracks and imperfection of glazing, cylindrical and standard nominal diameter, length and depth of socket. They shall be made of hard burnt stoneware of dark grey colour and thoroughly salt glazed inside and outside. These pipes shall conform to Grade `A' and comply to IS: 651- 1971.

Sewerage System. In regard to the sewerage system, it is a condition of this lease that only standard toilet paper will be used in the toilets and the LESSEE will be held responsible for any blockage caused by its employees to the sewer pipes which attributable to the misuse of the system.
