Waste Water. Please do not dispose of wastewater anywhere other than CITY designated locations. Please make provisions immediately to mop up any standing water. Vendors observed dumping water in any unauthorized containers will be closed.
Waste Water. This lease is subject to all statutes and regulations of the state of Washington with respect to waste water disposal. If Xxxxxx's use of the premises results in the discharge or the potential for discharge of any waste waters other than domestic waste waters from the premises, Lessee shall immediately apply to the Washington State Department of Ecology for a State Waste Water Discharge Permit. Lessee shall advise the Port which storm drains or other waste water facilities Lessee will utilize in disposing of waste waters. Port may designate storm sewers or other facilities which Lessee may use to dispose of waste waters. Sanitary sewers shall not be used for storm drainage or the discharge of any effluent deemed by the Airport Director to be harmful to the sanitary sewer system. No hazardous or toxic materials shall be discharged into the sanitary or storm sewer systems. Lessee shall complete the Industrial/Commercial Waste Discharge Permit application.

The Airport Director may designate sewers or other facilities for Tenant to use for disposal of waste water.

The expanded lagoon will provide additional capacity to accommodate up to 150 new household connections in both municipalities. The increased capacity will also increase the standard of treatment of wastewater for existing residents. The two municipalities have already invested almost $240,000 in gas tax funds and will use future gas tax allocations to pay for up to half of the total $855,000 project cost.
Waste Water. Lessor shall be responsible for compliance with all 6 Federal, state or local laws, regulations or permits pertaining to storm water pollution, 7 prevention plans ("SWPP") and all National Pollution Discharge Elimination System 8 ("NPDES") laws or regulations adopted or to be adopted by the United States 9 Environmental Protection Agency. Parking lot sweeping shall be done as required by 10 NPDES rules or as needed, at least two times per year, once prior to the rainy season.

Waste Water. Customer shall reimburse to KM any and all of the actual costs incurred by KM, to handle and dispose of Customer’s water received from vessel, barge, or pipeline into the KM Tampa facility tankage, which shall be performed consistent with generally accepted industry standards and practices. (This is exclusive of any MARPOL Annex requirement.) Receiving tanks will be gauged prior to ship’s discharge of inbound pipeline receipt by KM and may be witnessed by Customer or Customer’s independent surveyor for existing water content and again measured after receipt to verify any water received. This charge will be invoiced on a Quarterly basis that will reflect the amount of water handled and the actual cost of disposal.
