Separate development test environments from production environments, and enforce the separation with access controls. 6.4.1.a Examine network documentation and network device configurations to verify that the development/test environments are separate from the production environment(s). Due to the constantly changing state of development and test environments, they tend to be less secure than the production environment. Without adequate separation between environments, it may be possible for the production environment, and cardholder data, to be compromised due to less- stringent security configurations and possible vulnerabilities in a test or development environment.
Separate development. Xxxxxxxx intends to pursue development of the Xxxxxxxx Property separate and apart from the development of the “Alico West Property” (as hereinafter defined) and separate from the development of the Alico East Property. In connection with the purchase of the Xxxxxxxx Property, Alico will xxxxx Xxxxxxxx a perpetual non-exclusive easement for ingress and egress from the Northern boundary of the Xxxxxxxx Property to Alico Road and for the installation, use and maintenance of utilities including but not limited to water and sanitary sewer (the “Xxxxxxxx Easement”). The owner of the Alico West Property burdened with the ingress/egress easement will have the right to relocate such easement by integrating the access and utilities for the Xxxxxxxx Property as a part of the road system for the Alico West Property. The Xxxxxxxx Easement shall be in the form attached hereto as Exhibit “K” and shall be executed simultaneously with the execution of this Agreement and the conveyance of the Xxxxxxxx Property.
