Seniority Rights of Non-Bargaining Unit Employees. An employee who is or has been transferred to a position with the Employer, but outside the Association’s bargaining unit, shall, during the time the employee holds the non- bargaining unit position, retain but not accrue additional seniority credit for all time spent in the service of the Employer. The Employer may, in its sole discretion, determine wages, hours, and conditions of employment for employees outside of the Association’s bargaining unit, including whether such employees may be terminated or permitted to return to a vacant position in the bargaining unit.
