Common use of SENIORITY - PROBATIONARY EMPLOYEES Clause in Contracts

SENIORITY - PROBATIONARY EMPLOYEES. (a) New employees hired in the unit shall be considered as probationary employees for the first ninety (90) calendar days of their employment. When an employee has finished the probationary period, he shall be entered on the seniority list of the unit and shall rank for seniority from the ninety (90) days prior to the day he completed the probationary period. There shall be no seniority among probationary employees.

When an employee has finished finishes the probationary period, he by accumulating sixty-five (65) days of employment, he/she shall be entered on the seniority list of the unit and shall rank for seniority from the ninety day sixty-five (9065) scheduled working days prior to the day he completed he/she completes the probationary period. There shall be no seniority among probationary employees.

SENIORITY - PROBATIONARY EMPLOYEES. (a) A. New employees hired in the unit shall be considered as probationary employees for the first ninety nine (909) calendar days months that they are on the active payroll of their employmentthe Employer. When an employee has finished completes the probationary period, he he/she shall be entered on the seniority list of the unit bargaining unit, and shall rank for employee seniority from the ninety (90) days prior to day he/she entered into employment with the day he completed the probationary periodCity. There shall be no seniority among probationary employees.

SENIORITY - PROBATIONARY EMPLOYEES. (a) New employees hired in the unit writ shall be considered as probationary employees for the first ninety sixty (9060) calendar days of their employment. When an employee has finished finishes the probationary period, period he shall be entered on the seniority list of the unit and shall rank for seniority from for the ninety day sixty (9060) calendar days prior to the day he completed completes the probationary period. There shall be no seniority among probationary employees.

SENIORITY - PROBATIONARY EMPLOYEES. (a) 5 A. New employees hired in the unit shall be considered as probationary employees for the first ninety thirty (9030) calendar days of their employment. When an employee has finished the probationary period, he shall be entered on the seniority list of the unit and 7 shall rank for seniority from the ninety day thirty (9030) days of work prior to the day he completed completes the probationary 8 period. There shall be no seniority among probationary employees.

SENIORITY - PROBATIONARY EMPLOYEES. (a) 4 A. New employees hired in the unit shall be considered as probationary employees for the first ninety thirty (9030) calendar days of their employment5 work. When an employee has finished finishes the probationary period, he shall be entered on the seniority list of the unit and 6 shall rank for seniority from the ninety day thirty (9030) days of work prior to the day he completed completes the probationary 7 period. There shall be no seniority among probationary employees.

SENIORITY - PROBATIONARY EMPLOYEES. (a) New employees hired in the unit shall be considered as probationary employees for the first ninety one-hundred eighty (90180) calendar days of their employment. The 180 days' probationary period shall be accumulated within not more than one (1) year. When an employee has finished finishes the probationary period, by accumulating 180 days of employment within not more than one (1) year, he shall be entered on the seniority list of the unit and shall rank for seniority from the ninety (90) day 180 days prior to the day he completed completes the probationary period. There shall be no seniority among probationary employees.

SENIORITY - PROBATIONARY EMPLOYEES. (a) SECTION 1. New employees hired in the this unit shall be considered as probationary employees for the first ninety six (906) calendar days months of their continuous employment. When an employee has finished finishes the probationary period, he he/she shall be entered on the seniority list of the unit and shall rank for seniority from the ninety six (906) days months prior to the day he date he/she completed the probationary period. There shall be no seniority among probationary employees.
