Self Direction. Contractor shall have the right to provide Home Support Services and operate his/her business according to Contractor’s best judgment in conformance with all applicable laws, policies and regulations and subject to Agency’s quality oversight. Based on Contractor’s best judgment, subject to such laws, policies, regulations, and Consumer’s Service Plan, Contractor shall determine the schedule and manner of day-to-day activities, of the day-to-day management of the home, and of the performance of the Home Support Services.

Self Direction. Families of children who are eligible to receive the ABA-based services may participate in electing the evidence based intervention treatment model for their child.   • Leave, Board of Directors A nurse who is elected to the Board of Directors of the Ontario Nurses' Association, other than to the office of President, shall be granted upon request such leave(s) of absence as she or he may require to fulfill the duties of the position.   • Directions After a written notice of termination has been given under this Article IX, the Company may direct the Manager to undertake any actions necessary to transfer any aspect of the ownership or control of the assets of the Company to the Company or to any nominee of the Company and to do all other things necessary to bring the appointment of the Manager to an end, and the Manager shall comply with all such reasonable directions.
