Secondment to Another Employer. With the written agreement of the APT member, the University may arrange to second the services of an APT member to another employer. The full details of the arrangement shall be made known before the APT member decides whether to agree. Such a contractual arrangement does not alter the normal employee-employer relationship between the APT member and the University.
