Schedule and Time Completion. 18.1.1 The Owner shall provide a notice to proceed (“Notice to Proceed”) in which a date for commencement of the Work shall be stated. The Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion (UGC Article 12) of the Work within ( ) calendar days after such commencement date.
