Sales and Dignified Use. No public or private auction or any fire, "going out of business," bankruptcy or similar sales or auctions shall be conducted in or from the Premises and the Premises shall not be used except in a dignified and ethical manner consistent with the general high standards of merchandising in the Center and not in a disreputable or immoral manner or in violation of national, state or local laws.
Sales and Dignified Use. No public or private auction, fire, going out of business, bankruptcy or similar types of sales shall be conducted in or from the Leased Premises. The Leased Premises shall be used only in a dignified and ethical manner, consistent with the general high operation standards at the Airport.

No public or private auction of any fire, “going out of business”, bankruptcy, liquidation or similar sales or auctions shall be conducted in or from the Premises without Landlord’s prior written consent, and the Premises shall not be used except in a dignified and ethical manner consistent with the highest standards and not in a disreputable or immoral manner or in violation of the national, state or local laws. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Tenant shall not operate or use the Premises as a discount house, surplus store, bargain store, or similar use.

Concessionaire’s employees and agents shall not engage in “high pressure” sales tactics (such as “hawking” or “haggling”) or unfair or deceptive trade practices in the operation of the concession. Concessionaire is strictly prohibited from engaging in any and all activities outside the Concession Space within the Airport for the recruitment or solicitation of business. Additionally, Concessionaire’s employees and agents shall not engage in solicitation for or in connection with any services offered on or about the Airport by Concessionaire or any other party. Concessionaire shall not conduct a public or private auction, fire sale, going out of business, bankruptcy or similar types of sales in or from the Concession Space, unless otherwise approved by the Manager’s authorized representative. The Concession Space shall be used only in a dignified and ethical manner, consistent with the general high standards of other first- class concessions operating at the Airport.

Concessionaire shall ensure that all personnel refrain from any loud, boisterous, offensive, or inappropriate conduct and that personnel treat all customers professionally, equally, and courteously, including addressing customers without regard to race, creed, color, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, gender, or sexual orientation. Concessionaire shall use reasonable efforts to employ an adequate number of bilingual personnel to serve English and non-English- speaking customers as market demand may warrant. Concessionaire’s employees and agents shall not engage in “high pressure” sales tactics (such as “hawking” or “haggling”) or unfair or deceptive trade practices in the operation of the concession. Concessionaire is strictly prohibited from engaging in any activities outside the Concession Space within the Airport for the recruitment or solicitation of business. Unless the City issues prior written approval, Concessionaire shall not place, install, maintain, or use any racks, stands, or other display of merchandise, trade fixtures, or furnishings in or upon any areas located outside the Concession Space, regardless of whether such areas are adjacent to the Concession Space. Concessionaire shall not conduct a public or private auction, fire sale, going out of business, bankruptcy sale, or similar types of sales in or from the Concession Space without the City’s prior written approval unless otherwise approved by the Manager or the Manager’s Authorized Representative. The Concession Space shall be used only in a dignified and ethical manner, consistent with the general high standards of other first-class concessions operating at the Airport.

Further, Tenant shall not conduct business in an obscene, lewd or pornographic manner; in any manner that would bring disrepute to Landlord; or in violation of NRS 598.0915 or Cxxxx County Code Chapter 8.20.
Sales and Dignified Use. Tenant shall continuously and without interruption, throughout the Lease Term in good faith, actively use, occupy and operate the entire Premises, with fixtures and decor, an inventory of goods and merchandise and a staff of sales personnel adequate, sufficient and appropriate to operate the Premises as a "first-class", "high-quality"
