Accumulative Rights. For the avoidance of doubt, all rights and remedies provided in this Agreement are cumulative and may be exercised by the Landlord as it deems fit. All such rights and remedies under this Agreement are without prejudice and in addition to the Landlord’s rights and remedies at law and in equity.
Accumulative Rights. Failure to or delay in exercising any of its rights under this Agreement by any Syndicate Member shall not be deemed its waiver of such rights. Single or partial exercise of such rights by any Syndicate Member does not preclude such Syndicate Member from its otherwise or further exercise of such rights or its exercise of any other rights. The rights and remedies provided under this Agreement are accumulative and shall not exclude any rights or remedies to which any Syndicate Member is entitled under law.
Accumulative Rights. The rights, remedies and liabilities of Landlord and Tenant set forth in this Section 18.6 shall be in addition to those which may now or hereafter be accorded, or imposed upon, Landlord and Tenant by the Code.
Accumulative Rights. The rights and remedies the Guarantee is entitled to hereunder shall be in addition to and not exclusive of any other rights and remedies that the Guarantee may enjoy under any laws, other agreements or documents. Any delay on the part of the Guarantee to perform any of its rights shall not be deemed a waiver of such rights.
Accumulative Rights. 10.1 Party B’s rights hereunder are accumulative without any prejudice to its any other rights against Party A at law or pursuant to other contracts. Unless otherwise waived in writing by Party B, any failure to exercise any of its rights or any exercise in part of and/or any delay to exercise its rights shall not constitute the whole or partial waiver of such rights, nor affect, prohibit or hinder its further exercise of any such rights or any other rights.
