Waiver of Rights of Redemption. Tenant hereby expressly waives any and all rights of redemption granted by or under any present or future laws in the event of Tenant being evicted or dispossessed for any cause, or in the event of Landlord obtaining possession of the Premises, by reason of the violation by Tenant of any of the covenants or conditions of this Lease or otherwise.

Tenant waives all rights of redemption which may otherwise be provided by any Legal Requirement in the event that Landlord shall, because of the occurrence of an Event of Default by Tenant, obtain possession of the Premises under legal proceedings, or pursuant to present or future law or to the terms and conditions of this Lease.
