Salary Increase Eligibility. To be eligible for the annual salary increase, an employee must be employed prior to May 1st of the year in which the increase is scheduled.

Salary Increase Eligibility. In addition to the conditions outlined in Xxxxxxx 0, 0 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx with letters of appointment are eligible for performance-based 3 consideration if they have successfully performed all of the following: 4 • completed the Probationary Period; 5 • worked 50% or more per quarter for three (3) of four (4) quarters during the annual 6 review cycle (autumn of the previous year through summer of current year) in English 7 language-related programs within UWEO or in programs outside IELP that were 8 approved in advance for performance-based consideration by the Employer; 9 • submitted a (PAS) annual report; 10 • met minimum performance-based standards as defined in Article 16, 1.2 and Article 19; 11 and 13 with fewer than 15 total classroom instructional hours or with groups of students under 14 the age of 18. 16 Fellowship and Fulbright-type programs do not count towards the requirement to work a 50% or 17 more FTE per quarter in three (3) of four (4) quarters during the same annual review cycle. 18 Approved medical and parental leaves of absence do not adversely impact an Extension 19 Lecturer’s eligibility or salary tier.
Salary Increase Eligibility. In addition to the conditions outlined in Section 3, beginning with the 2023 performance-based base salary increases/merit, Extension Lecturers with letters of appointment are eligible for performance-based consideration if they have successfully performed all of the following: • Completed the Probationary Period • Worked 33% or more per quarter for one (1) of four (4) quarters during the annual review cycle (autumn of the previous year through summer of current year) in English language- related programs within UWC2 or in programs outside IELP that were approved in advance for performance-based consideration by the Employer • Submitted a (PAS) annual report • Met minimum performance-based standards as defined in Article 16, 1.2 and Article 19 • Conducted the L-form Instructor and Course Evaluation in every applicable course, except those with fewer than 15 total classroom instructional hours or with groups of students under the age of 18. Fellowship and Fulbright-type programs do not count towards the requirement to work a 33% or more FTE per quarter in three (3) of four (4) quarters during the same annual review cycle. Approved medical and parental leaves of absence do not adversely impact an Extension Lecturer’s eligibility or salary tier. Retired Extension Lecturers are eligible to receive performance-based base salary increases/merit increases in accordance with the requirements above starting with 2023 performance-based base salary increases/merit.

  • Salary Increase 46.01 Effective July 1, 2020 an increase equal to 1% will be added to the job rates and to the salaries of all employees. Effective July 1, 2021 an increase equal to 1% will be added to the job rates and to the salaries of all employees. Effective July 1, 2022 an increase equal to 1% will be added to the job rates and to the salaries of all employees.

  • Salary Increases During the period of employment as provided in Paragraph 1(b) hereof, the base salary of the Executive shall be reviewed no less frequently than annually by the Board or the Compensation Committee of the Board to determine whether or not the same should be increased in light of the duties and responsibilities of the Executive and the performance thereof, and if it is determined that an increase is merited, such increase shall be promptly put into effect and the base salary of the Executive as so increased shall constitute the base salary of the Executive for purposes of Paragraph 3(a).

  • Salary Increments The Employer, may grant an increment for meritorious service after an employee has served for a period of twelve (12) months following the first day of the month established in Article 35.07 or twelve (12) months following the date of a change in his rate of compensation as established in Articles 35.04, 35.05, or 35.06.
