Personnel employed for less than twelve (12) months or on a part-time basis shall receive professional growth compensation on a pro-rata basis.

Salary Allowable. Effective July 1, 1998 the compensation per unit of allowable credit and maximum number of units shall be increased as indicated below: 0 – 6.5 $5 7 – 13.5 $6 14 – 20.5 $7 21 – 47 $8 All allowable units will receive the increase per unit credit upon advancement to a higher per unit credit. Units may be acquired for attendance at District and/or Union sponsored training programs with a credit of one (1) unit per (16) hours of training. There shall be a joint labor/management committee for the purpose of determining needs of bargaining unit members for District/Union in-service training. The committee shall consist of two (2) Teamsters unit members plus a business representative and two (2) District representatives. All units are subject to approval in accordance with Article 17.

  • INJURY ALLOWANCE 34.01 An employee injured on the job shall be paid for the balance of his or her shift on which the injury occurred if, as a result of such an injury, the employee is sent home by the Employer or is sent to an outside hospital and doctor at such hospital or the employee’s own doctor certifies that the employee should not return to work. The Employer will make available transportation for such injured employee.

  • Laundry Allowance A laundry and dry cleaning allowance of $20.00 per week is to be paid to Appraisers assigned to work outside the County of Los Angeles for periods in excess of 14 calendar days.

  • Holiday allowance A full-time Pharmacist who does not work on a holiday shall be paid eight (8) hours holiday allowance. A part-time Pharmacist shall receive holiday allowance as provided in Section D, below.

  • Matching Contributions The Employer will make matching contributions in accordance with the formula(s) elected in Part II of this Adoption Agreement Section 3.01.

  • DEDUCTIONS FROM SALARY A. The Board agrees to deduct from teachers’ salaries membership dues and assessments for the Xxxxxx County Education Association, the Maryland State Teachers’ Association, and the National Education Association as said teachers individually and voluntarily authorize to deduct through an appropriate written authorization form prepared by the Association. The Board agrees to transmit such monies promptly to the Association.

  • Employer Contributions 8.1 Rates at which the Employer shall contribute for each hour of work performed on behalf of each employee employed under the terms of this Agreement are contained in the Appendices attached to and forming part of this Agreement.
