Right of Rescission. Customer may rescind this Agreement within three (3) business days after receiving this Agreement by contacting Clearview Energy by phone or in writing. This Agreement is not legally binding until the rescission period has expired and you have not, directly or indirectly, rescinded your selection. The Customer is liable for all Clearview Energy charges until the Customer returns to the EDC or another supplier.
Right of Rescission. You have the right to rescind your enrollment and this Agreement with no penalty within seven (7) calendar days of the postmark of the EDC’s confirmation notice by contacting the EDC. Cancellations may be made orally, electronically, and in writing, using the information provided by the EDC.
Right of Rescission. You may cancel this Agreement with XOOM at any time within three (3) business days of your receipt of your disclosure statement (“Cancellation Period”) without penalty or cancellation fee by calling XOOM Energy Pennsylvania, LLC at 1-888-997-8979 or by sending an email to xxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.xxx or by contacting your EDC. This Agreement does not become a legally binding contract until the cancellation period has expired.
Right of Rescission. If you are switching your electric service to NEC Retail, you have the right to rescind your acceptance of this Terms of Service Agreement without fees or penalties of any kind, within three federal business days (includes Saturday) after receiving this Terms of Service Agreement. You may rescind either by phone at 1-855-NEC-RD4U (000-000-0000) (toll free), fax at 0-000-000-0000 or email at xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxx.xxx . Please provide your name, address, phone number, Electric Service Identifier (ESI ID) or account number, and a statement that you are rescinding your agreement under the three-day Right of Rescission.
Right of Rescission. Customer may rescind this Agreement and pending enrollment by contacting Clearview Energy before the enrollment request has been submitted to the Utility. After the enrollment request has been submitted, the customer may rescind this Agreement within ten (10) calendar days by contacting either Clearview Energy or the Utility. Clearview Energy can be reached at 1.800.654.6990. Your Utility’s information can be found in Contact Information. This Agreement is not legally binding until the rescission period has expired and you have not, directly or indirectly, rescinded your selection. The Customer is liable for all Clearview Energy charges until the Customer returns to the Utility or another supplier.
Right of Rescission. You have a right to rescind your enrollment within three (3) days, without charge or penalty, after receiving your welcome letter that includes these TOS by contacting Think at 0-000-000-0000.

To rescind enrollment, please contact your EDU at the number provided in Contact Information. This Agreement is not legally binding until the rescission period has expired and you have not, directly or indirectly, rescinded your selection. Right of Rescission. You will be receiving a confirmation notice from your EDU and/or NGDU confirming the transfer of your service to Residents Energy. For electric service, you may rescind this Agreement, without penalty, within seven calendar days of the postmark date on the EDU’s confirmation notice, by contacting the EDU. For natural gas service, you may rescind this Agreement, without penalty, within seven business days of the postmark date on the NGDU’s confirmation notice, by contacting the NGDU. You may also rescind by calling Residents Energy at 1.888.828.7374 or by writing to Residents Energy at XX Xxx 000, Xxxxxxxxx, XX 00000 and stating that you wish to rescind under the seven-day Right of Rescission.
Right of Rescission. For switch requests, until midnight on the third federal business day after you receive this Terms of Service, you have the unconditional right to rescind this Agreement without penalty or fee of any kind, other than the cost of any electricity you have used. The right of rescission does not apply if you are requesting a move-in. To rescind, contact us before the deadline with the following: (1) your name; (2) account number; (3) the address of the service location; and (4) a statement that you are cancelling under the three-day right of rescission. Right of Rescission. For any ESI ID which is residential or if the combination of all ESI IDs have a peak demand of less than 50 kW over the last 12 billing cycles, Customer has the right to rescind (cancel) this Agreement without charge or penalty within three (3) federal business days after receiving this Agreement as provided under PUCT Substantive Rules 25.474 (available at: xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxx.xxx/agency/rulesnlaws/subrules/electric/25.474/ 25.474.pdf) by contacting Company by telephone toll-free at 000-000-0000, fax at 000-000-0000, or email at xxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. For each ESI ID which Customer wants to cancel Services under this Agreement, Customer must provide their name, address, phone number, the applicable ESI ID(s) and a statement that Customer is rescinding the Agreement as to such ESI ID(s). This right of rescission does not apply to any ESI ID for which Customer is seeking new service and Customer shall be responsible for any charges associated with Service provided to an ESI ID at which Customer requests and authorizes new service.
