Review of Quality Plans. PPP Co. will procure that the Works and Services are carried out in compliance with the Quality Plans. All Quality Plans or any material changes to such Quality Plans will be submitted to the Authority’s Representative in accordance with Schedule 5 (Review Procedure) and PPP Co. will not be entitled to implement or procure the implementation of any Quality Plan unless PPP Co. is entitled to proceed with such implementation pursuant to Schedule 5 (Review Procedure).

Review of Quality Plans. PPP Co. will carry out the Works (including but not limited to ancillary activities including Tests on Completion and completion of Snagging Items), the management and provision of the Services and the performance of all other obligations of the PPP Co. under the Project Agreement in compliance with the Quality Plans. PPP Co. will submit all Quality Plans or any material changes to such Quality Plans to the Authority’s Representative in accordance with Schedule 5 (Review Procedure). Neither PPP Co. nor any other party will be entitled to implement any Quality Plan (or any material change thereto) that has not been Approved in accordance with Schedule 5 (Review Procedure).
Review of Quality Plans. 48.1 The Quality Plans and any amendments thereto must be submitted to the Council Representative under the Review Procedure and returned by him marked “no comment” before any aspect of the Project to which the amendment to the relevant Quality Plan relates shall be commenced.

  • Safety Plan Developer’s safety plan specifically adapted for the Project. Developer's Safety Plan shall comply with all provisions regarding Project safety, including all applicable provisions in these Construction Provisions.

  • COUNTY’S QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN The County or its agent will evaluate the Contractor’s performance under this Contract on not less than an annual basis. Such evaluation will include assessing the Contractor’s compliance with all Contract terms and conditions and performance standards. Contractor deficiencies which the County determines are severe or continuing and that may place performance of the Contract in jeopardy if not corrected will be reported to the Board of Supervisors. The report will include improvement/corrective action measures taken by the County and the Contractor. If improvement does not occur consistent with the corrective action measures, the County may terminate this Contract or impose other penalties as specified in this Contract.

  • Marketing Plans Contractor and the Exchange recognize that Enrollees and other health care consumers benefit from efforts relating to outreach activities designed to increase heath awareness and encourage enrollment. The parties shall share marketing plans on an annual basis and with respect to periodic updates of material changes. The marketing plans of the Exchange and Contractor shall include proposed and actual marketing approaches, messaging and channels and provide samples of any planned marketing materials and related collateral as well as planned, and when completed, expenses for the marketing budget. The Contractor shall include this information for both the Exchange and the outside individual market. The Exchange shall treat all marketing information provided under this Section as confidential information consistent with Section 1.4.1. The obligation of the Exchange to maintain confidentiality of this information shall survive termination or expiration of this Agreement.

  • Development Plans 4.3.1 For each Licensed Indication and corresponding Licensed Product in the Field, Licensee will prepare and deliver to Licensor a development plan and budget (each a “Development Plan”). The initial Development Plans for each Licensed Indication will be delivered within […***…] after the Grant Date for such Licensed Indication.

  • Quality Specifications SANMINA-SCI shall comply with the quality specifications set forth in its Quality Manual, incorporated by reference herein, a copy of which is available from SANMINA-SCI upon request.

  • EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE REVIEW AND EMPLOYEE FILES 56.01 For the purpose of this Article:

  • Quality Assurance/Quality Control Contractor shall establish and maintain a quality assurance/quality control program which shall include procedures for continuous control of all construction and comprehensive inspection and testing of all items of Work, including any Work performed by Subcontractors, so as to ensure complete conformance to the Contract with respect to materials, workmanship, construction, finish, functional performance, and identification. The program established by Contractor shall comply with any quality assurance/quality control requirements incorporated in the Contract.

  • Health and Safety Plan 5. Xxxxxx shall prepare and submit under separate cover from the Work Plan, a Health and Safety Plan consistent with Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations. The Health and Safety Plan shall be submitted to the Department in the form of one electronic copy on compact disk (in .pdf format). Xxxxxx agrees that the Health and Safety Plan is submitted to the Department only for informational purposes. The Department expressly disclaims any liability that may result from implementation of the Health and Safety Plan by Xxxxxx. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION

  • Quality Assurance Program An employee shall be entitled to leave of absence without loss of earnings from her or his regularly scheduled working hours for the purpose of writing examinations required by the College of Nurses of Ontario arising out of the Quality Assurance Program.
