Quality Plans definition

Quality Plans has the meaning given in Clause 6.1 (Quality Plans);
Quality Plans means the Design Quality Plan and Construction Quality Plan, prepared in accordance with Section 8 (Quality Plans (Design and Construction)) of Schedule Part 6 (Construction Matters), and the Services Quality Plan, prepared in accordance with Section 3 (Service Quality Plan) of Schedule Part 12 (Service Requirements), as required to be implemented by Project Co in accordance with Clause 20 (Quality Assurance);
Quality Plans the Contractor's plan that reflects the quality management systems as further described in clause 13 (Quality Assurance and Performance Monitoring);
