Return of Records. Upon termination of this Agreement, the Consultant shall deliver all records, notes, and data of any nature that are in the Consultant's possession or under the Consultant's control and that are of the Client's property or relate to Client's business.
Return of Records. BISYS may at its option at any time, and shall promptly upon the Trust's demand, turn over to the Trust and cease to retain BISYS' files, records and documents created and maintained by BISYS pursuant to this Agreement which are no longer needed by BISYS in the performance of its services or for its legal protection. If not so turned over to the Trust, such documents and records will be retained by BISYS for six years from the year of creation. At the end of such six-year period, such records and documents will be turned over to the Trust unless the Trust authorizes in writing the destruction of such records and documents.

Upon termination of this Agreement, the Contractor shall deliver all records, notes, data, memorandum, models and equipment of any nature that are in the Contractor’s control and that are the Department property or relate to the Department’s business. The Contractor agrees to maintain all work papers generated under this Contract for a period of no more than seven years or until the next examination of an insurer and make the work papers freely available to the Department during regular business hours.
Return of Records. Upon termination of this Agreement, Consultant shall deliver to the Company all property that is in his possession and that is the Company's property or relates to the Company's business, including, but not limited to records, notes, data, memoranda, software, electronic information, models, equipment, and any copies of the same.
