Common use of Return of Records Clause in Contracts

Return of Records. Upon termination of this Agreement, the Contractor shall deliver all records, notes, data, memorandum, models and equipment of any nature that are in the Contractor’s control and that are the Department property or relate to the Department’s business. The Contractor agrees to maintain all work papers generated under this Contract for a period of no more than seven years or until the next examination of an insurer and make the work papers freely available to the Department during regular business hours.
